When you enter the restaurant you can't help but notice the exquisitely crafted Italian window frames showcasing Tuscan hillside paintings. You have now been transported to a hilltop, in Tuscany, where you can enjoy tantalizing food, wine and a true Tuscan experience.

The meal begins with a selection of fine Italian cheeses served over Sardinian pane carasau. Cinus shows off his creativity by serving the cheeses several ways, bringing out and focusing on the different flavors in each cheese.

Next is Fusilli alla Puttanesca. Chef Cinus hand-makes all the fresh pasta he serves at the restaurant. This dish combines house-made

pasta of the day with tangy tomato, olive and caper sauce. It's simply delicious!

The Roasted Sardinian style pig takes all day to prepare but is well worth the wait. Cinus likes to roast the pig slowly and with lots of love... just like his grandmother taught him back home, on the Island of Sardinia. The meal is served with fresh grilled vegetables topped with extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic.
