Treat yourself and that special someone to an evening of adventure and gastronomy. Swamp Daddy's BBQ will be hosting a pop-up restaurant on Friday, July 26. This unique dinner will run from 7 PM to 10 PM, in Murrieta, California.
The venue of this event will only be disclosed to ticket holders. Pop-up restaurants are a trending phenomenon with a feel of exclusivity for those in attendance and they’re all about gastronomy. Often times, they are marked by a ticket price, limited number of seating and a fixed menu. They may also fall on an odd day, time or place.
Michael Weisenberg, owner of Swamp Daddy's BBQ Catering in Murrieta, will be your chef for the evening. He is not disclosing what's on the menu but he promises an “out of this world experience with delicious cuisine."
Chef Weisenberg has over 15 years of cooking experience in fine dining. He spent most of his career as a chef on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Since 2014, he has been catering in the Murrieta and Temecula area with a focus on barbecue and Cajun cuisine.
"Pop-ups are an opportunity for me to stray away from the catering menu and flex some creative muscle” said the Chef. “I love the sense of community here in the valley and want to add to it by allowing people to sit together and enjoy something different.”
The event will be put on by Swamp Daddy's BBQ, Heather Guzel Photography and Weddings, and The Wine Trailer—who will be providing the evenings beverages.
The evening will begin with a pre-dinner sneak peek at the menu. While indulging in beverages provided by The Wine Trailer, guests will enjoy appetizers chosen to complement the evening menu. A spectacular five course dinner will ensue.
