Meatball game strong!
A traditional Spanish recipe and one which was served at the chef's bridal shower. It is with great joy that chef and owner of Heart of the House Restaurant, offer this special dish as a menu item.
The Spanish Meatballs are made from a blend of pork and beef. They are seasoned, seared and tossed into a white almond sauce. The sauce is delectable made with toasted almonds, bread, white wine, garlic and lemon.
Ten juicy meatballs look so chic served in a bowl with a side of crostini and lemon wedge. The lemon really compliments the flavors and the crostini is great for mopping up the almond sauce.
